Voi incepe aceasta discutie prin a relata pe scurt marea tzeapa pe care am luat-o apeland la serviciile agentiei Paralela 45.
Dupa ce am cumparat o excursie in Kemer, Turcia la Hotelul Ozkaymak, iar in contract se specifica clar "5 stele, all inclusive", odata ajunsi la destinatie am descoperit ca am fost cazati la Otem Hotel, o bomba care nu avea nici macar 2 stele, in care mizeria era la ordinea zilei si unde, dupa cum veti vedea in imaginile pe care la voi posta, fauna era chiar foarte abundenta.
Dupa multiple presiuni facute asupra managerului hotelului ni s-a pus la dispozitie contractul in original intre hotel si tour operator, din care am aflat ca Paralela 45 achizitionase aceste camere cu buna stiinta, avand nesimtirea de a le vinde in tara drept "5 stele, all inclusive".
Problema s-a rezolvat dupa ce am platit inca 60 EUR si am fost mutati in Ozkaymak Hotel. Aici, ce-i drept, mai curat, un minim de investitie, dar grading-ul turistic...3-4 stele, maxim!
Serviciile slabe, personalul prost pregatit, vorbitori de limbi straine...2, modul de comunicare...PANTOMIMA!
Mancarea decenta, dar insuficienta pentru numarul de turisti. Igiena deficitara, incepand de la paharele de unica folosinta care se refoloseau, pana la farfurii si cani cu urme clare ale continutului anterior!

Iata, pentru cei doritori de detalii, alte imagini inedite, cum numai in hotelurile comuniste din statiunile de mana a doua din Romanaia mai gaseaiprin anii 90!
In prima poza se vede clar cum cotatia Otem Hotel a fost stearsa cu un ...polizor/flez/pila, precum si escrocheria de proportii prin nerespectarea contractului.

In urma plangerii scrise adresate Agentiei Paralela 45, am primit un raspuns extrem de alambicat, in care nimic nu este clar cu exceptia faptului ca -citez-"oferta este incredibila si extrem de atractiva la numai 18,5 EUR pe zi, exceptand transportul cu avionul".
Pana la urma, desi raspunsul a venit punctual, este conceput pe principiul lui Murphy:"Daca nu poti sa ii convingi, zapaceste-i!"
Nimeni nu a justificat de ce nu li se explica viitorilor clienti tzepuiti ca se duc la "incredibil de ieftin" dar si inimaginabil de prost.
Pana la urma Agentia are obligatia sa verifice destinatiile de vacanta unde isi trimite clientela si nu sa se increada in afirmatiile prestatorului de servicii legate de calitatea hotelului si a serviciilor.
Se pare ca Paralela 45 isi continua ascensiunea in topul firmelor care nu mai dau doi bani pe ce ofera clientilor si acest lucru ii va costa destul de scump...in timp, evident!

Eu si familia mea plecam anul acesta pt prima data in Bulgaria la Albena la Hotelul Magnolia. Imi este putin frica tot citind despre tepe, mai ales ca ma duc cu copilul meu in varsta de 2ani. Daca stie cineva ceva rau si ca nu ar trebui sa plec acolo , va rog anuntati-ma si pe mine. Ca altfel treci peste greutati cand esti singur, dar cand mai ai si copilul cu tine , e mai greu.
